This agreement is between the client paying for services and Andrea Williams International, LLC for professional coaching, consulting, and ministry services.

Dates & Hours of Engagement:

• Client is allotted 1 coaching/consulting engagement as follows:

1. Phase One: Break Away Session – 1 session lasting up to 4 hours.
• Client may also email, text, or call with any questions prior to the session. The coach will answer as soon as possible – usually within 24 hours.
• Client also receives an Identity in Christ digital sheet and an email including tips on staying free.

Coaching/Consulting Theme: 

• Phase One: Break Away is a session designed to break the client away from the areas where the enemy has the client trapped. These are the areas where the client has been held back or the “issues” that seem to plague the client.

Confidentiality and Coaching Promise
The Coach agrees/commits to do the following:

• create a safe environment for the client.
• work to establish a trusting relationship with the client via maintenance of confidentiality, empathy, and sharing personal testimonies.
• model effective behaviors by being fully present, attentive, and engaged.
• engage the client through active listening and providing a clear sounding board as well as pertinent feedback.
• ask pertinent and powerful questions that stimulate new ways of thinking as well as new ways of being.
• be a direct communicator by saying what is so, when it is so without blame or judgement.
• create and raise the client's awareness by adding new lens for seeing and new frames for holding perceptions.

Client promise

The client agrees/commits to the following:

• Watch the pre-session video to gain more understanding about the process of the session to save time from having to go over the process in the session.
• Show up to the session alert, attentive, engaged, and transparent with where one stands.
• Committed and timely. If a session needs to be rescheduled for any reason, please let the coach know as soon as possible preferably within 24 hours.   
• An understanding that if we do not get through everything in the allotted 4 hours then an additional session may need to be book.
• An understanding that ongoing results and staying free are in the hands of the client. Andrea Williams International LLC does offer follow up coaching sessions to help the client build up the skills and mindsets need to fortify against the enemy.

Coaching Fee Total

The total fee for this session is $375. Terms of payment: paid in full prior to services being rendered.

Audio Visual Recording
The Andrea Williams International LLC Coaching System and all material presented is copyrighted and exclusive property of Andrea Williams.  No part of the coaching system may be reprinted by any method, for any reason, without the express written approval of Andrea Williams in advance.  Sessions may also be audio recorded for Andrea’s review and will remain confidential unless express permission is given by the client for audios to be used in private trainings. 

Cancellation Policy
This Break Away Session, all fees and monies committed, are nontransferable and nonrefundable.    

Renewal Policy
At the conclusion of this session, the coach will conduct a progress review with the client to assess the success of the coaching/consulting partnership.  If deemed appropriate by the client and the coach, the contract may be renewed or extended at the coach's current hourly rate. 

Voluntary Release, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity

Client agrees that the client and/or client’s personal representatives, assigns, insurer, heirs, executors, administrators, spouse and next of kin, hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Andrea Williams International, LLC and its pastors, ministry team members, employees, agents and/or volunteers, as well as its successors, affiliates, and subsidiaries, all herein referred to as the “Releasees,” from any and all liability to client, and to the client’s personal representatives, assigns, insurers, heirs, executors, administrators, spouses and next of kin for any and all loss, damage, or cost on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of client, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise while the client is participating in the sessions and any other activities in connection with these organizations.

Assumption of Risk:  Client understands, is aware of, and assumes all risks inherent in participating in the prayer ministry.  These risks include, but are not limited to, physical and emotional responses and reactions as a result of these sessions. 

Indemnity:  Client agrees to indemnify Releasees from any liability, loss, damage or cost Releasees may incur due to the participation by Client in the prayer ministry whether caused directly or indirectly by Releasees or otherwise.  Client assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage due to negligence of Releasees or otherwise while participating in the sessions.

Client expressly agrees that this Voluntary Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement, herein referred to as “Agreement,” is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Oklahoma where Andrea Williams International LLC is registered and that, if any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that a balance, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.  This agreement, contains the entire agreement between the parties in regard to these sessions.  The Client also acknowledges that they understand and agree that:

4. This is a ministry of Andrea Williams International, LLC, providing Prayer and Coaching Ministry in individual and group settings. Our coaches are not licensed as professional counselors, as such licensing is not required.
5. Under normal circumstances, your information will be kept in strict confidence. However, you should be aware there are some situations in which your coach may be required by law to report information to the proper authorities without your permission or knowledge.  These situations include but may not be limited to:  a Client’s indications of harm to self or others, involvement in a felony, suicidal intentions, and/or reasonable evidence of child or elder abuse or neglect.  Your coach may also disclose information in response to a subpoena issued by a court of law.
6. Officially recognized staff and/or personnel may have limited access to your file. Any other person seeking access to your file may would only have access with your written permission.              
7. This agreement, herein referred to as the “Voluntary Release, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement”, will govern all relations involved during the term of the Coaching process.  It is agreed that any disputes or modifications of this Voluntary Release, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement will be determined directly between the individuals involved. In the event that a satisfactory resolution is not achieved, then it is further agreed that a mutually acceptable third-party arbitrator will be utilized.  All expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the party bringing the dispute.

Client represents that:

I have carefully read this agreement and understand it and agree with the terms herein written.  I understand that it includes a release of all claims, including the negligence of Releasees.

I understand that I assume all risks inherent in the Coaching Ministry set forth in this Agreement.

I understand that I am indemnifying the Releasees.

I voluntarily check the box evidencing my understanding and acceptance of the provisions of this Agreement.
